Josh Czerski is a highly respected basketball coach in the Baltimore area, known for his leadership, integrity, and ability to bring out the best in his players. With a proven track record that includes a state championship and multiple deep playoff runs, Josh has already placed over 75 players at the college level, with several going on to play professionally in the NBA and overseas. He has dedicated his life to helping young athletes succeed — both on and off the court. As a father to his son Daniel and a lifelong student of the game, Josh believes in using basketball as a vehicle for personal growth, education, and opportunity. His mission through CourtSide Connection is simple: to give every athlete the tools, exposure, and guidance they need to let the game take them as far as it possibly can.
