Players must complete the official registration form before participating in the league. This form ensures accurate team rosters, emergency contact details, and eligibility verification. All players must be registered prior to their first game—no walk-on participants will be allowed.
📝 Waiver & Release Agreement
Participation in the league is voluntary. By signing the Waiver & Release Agreement, each player acknowledges the risks involved with playing basketball and agrees to release the league, its organizers, and facilities from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages. All players must have a signed waiver on file before stepping on the court.
